Horizon Organic was the first certified organic dairy brand in the nation, championing organic since long before it was mainstream. Founded in Boulder CO, Horizon built their brand on real ingredients, regenerative farms, and a commitment to quality that families can trust. But their Amazon storefront wasn’t telling that story. It was cluttered, conversion was suffering, and the brand experience just wasn’t landing.

We went in with a full storefront audit and content strategy, figuring out where shoppers were dropping off, what wasn’t connecting, and how to build something that actually reflects the Horizon brand. The goal: a storefront that works as hard as the farmers behind the products.

From there, we rebuilt the storefront from the ground up, refining the shopper journey, surfacing the right products at the right moments, and creating an intuitive path for customers to discover the full Horizon portfolio. We then elevated the brand visually, placing its warmth, simplicity, and farm-to-family story at the heart of the experience. The results were clear: a 29.4% reduction in bounce rate and a 4.5% increase in dwell time, demonstrating that shoppers were not just arriving at the storefront but staying to explore.

The original product listings suffered from a lack of organization, creating friction for shoppers attempting to locate specific items. The redesigned experience introduces a structured, easily navigable layout that presents relevant products at key moments and more accurately reflects the breadth of Horizon’s catalog.

We also introduced a functional category section that makes browsing feel effortless. It’s clearly organized, visually appealing, and fully clickable, so shoppers can jump straight to the product page that’s most relevant to them.
