The existing site was cluttered, difficult to use on mobile, missed key calls to action for purchase, and didn’t build on the Dunkin’ brand equity.
We were tasked with making a mobile-forward site as fun, frank, fresh, and familiar as Dunkin’ itself.
We made sure the creamy, perfectly sweet taste came through by pairing each product with flavor cues and a coffee drink, using cream splashes as dividers throughout to drive home the creamy taste of real milk.
The bold attitude of the brand voice now has plenty of room to be heard, and thoughtfully placed calls to action mean users can easily find the product in stores.
