The old brand felt too traditional and missed opportunities to communicate the imaginative grandeur that awaits visitors at the museum. We were tasked with creating branding that supports The Dalí Museum’s mission to provide uncommon experiences that inspire, captivate, and push boundaries.
With his marvelous geodesic building as our guide, we combined the rational with the fantastical to create a one-of-a-kind lens to Dalí’s world. Bold lettering, reversed type, dramatic angles, and punches of bright red create frames through which to peer closer into Dalí’s work, and the innovative architectural feat that houses it.
